AFTER CARE

At TSUK we don’t believe our responsibilities to our customers stop at the end of the warranty period.

We provide Operation and Maintenance manuals as part of all projects, and ensure operational and maintenance personnel are fully conversant with all equipment we supply.

 

We are always available by phone or e-mail to provide 
 

  • planned or breakdown maintenance support on site (on either an ad-hoc or contract basis)
     

  • spare parts
     

  • modifications or system upgrades to suit changes to production requirements
     

In many instances we can offer support for 3rd party equipment, especially when the OEM is no longer in business.
